You seem to forget one important item pepsi.
Mueller said there was no collusion with the russians.
Name one American charged with colluding or helping
the Russians to interfere with the election.
There are none. Also, this interference by the russians
on our presidential election was under barry's watch.
He did nothing.

Trump interfered with the investigation into Russia which helped him get elected.   High crime.

-- I can read it fine Pepsi, but Joe Walsh isn't exactly Hammurabi and just because he says something doesn't necessarily make it the law.
--I can only answer that if you tell me which law we're talking about. Laws are always coded with numbers and paragraphs. Just fetch me the pertinent code and we can talk.

Obstructing Justice Under Federal Jurisdiction

Obstruction of justice is defined by federal statute as any "interference with the orderly administration of law and justice" and governed by 18 U.S.C. §§ 1501-1521. Federal code identifies more than 20 specific types of obstruction, including "Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees" (18 U.S.C. § 1505), the specific code section cited in the Nixon and Clinton articles of impeachment.

Other ways an individual may commit this offense include, but are not limited to, the following acts:

Influencing or injuring an officer or juror generally (18 U.S.C. § 1503)
Obstruction of criminal investigations (18 U.S.C. § 1510)
Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant (18 U.S.C. § 1512)
Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant (18 U.S.C. § 1513)
Destruction of corporate audit records (18 U.S.C. § 1520)

and the Steel Dossier was mostly true, not "totally false"  ::)

By "coup" I am referring to the players involved
including the DNC and crooked hillary  that created
the totally false Russian dossier which was
wrongfully used to "spy" on a presidential candidate.

The Steel Dossier was not the initiation of the counter intelligence investigation,  for those paying attention that was spurred by George Papadopoulis drunk bragging that Russia was helping the Trump campaign.

The Dossier was funded by republicans first, then by the clinton campaign - neither created it.

And there was no spying on a presidential candidate, that is also false.   There was FISA court  approved survellance of some who were involved in the Trump campaign - because they were corresponding with Russian intelligence cut outs and agents and had been even before the campaign.

To be a Trumpist is to have NO FACTS on your side.

By “coup”, you’re referring to the investigation that was initiated by Republicans to investigate a Republican President, the investigation that was conducted by Republicans, and the final report written by Republicans and subsequently attempted withholding of the report by Republicans?

I think she's more likely referring to something she read by "QAnon"

"Nobody because of their position in society has the right to cheat and to get somebody to lie for them, even as the president. That means we’re not a nation of men or kings. We’re a nation of laws, and that’s what this case has always been about to me … He turned the judicial system upside down, every way but loose. He sent his friends to lie for him. He lied for himself."
~Lindsey Graham

"I am completely and utterly perplexed by those who argue that perjury and obstruction of justice are not high crimes and misdemeanors."
~Mitch McDonnell

--Just to clarify: Which "law" is it that was broken?

You mean you can't read Joe's tweet where it says "he obstructed justice", or you don't know that is against the law?

The Trump Administration / Trump says no one disobeys his orders
« on: Yesterday at 11:54:20 AM »
Trump said yesterday no one disobeys his orders.   But according to the Mueller report, several key people disobeyed his orders to Obstruct Justice.

Any one here believe Trump over the Mueller report?

The President’s efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests. Comey did not end the investigation of Flynn, which ultimately resulted in Flynn’s prosecution and conviction for lying to the FBI. McGahn did not tell the Acting Attorney General that the Special Counsel must be removed, but was instead prepared to resign over the President’s order. Lewandowski and Dearborn did not deliver the President’s message to Sessions that he should confine the Russia investigation to future election meddling only. And McGahn refused to recede from his recollections about events surrounding the President’s direction to have the Special Counsel removed, despite the President’s multiple demands that he do so.

. Well how about this.  There was no collusion.  The guy was innocent of what  Dems were trying to pin on him.  You cant obsruct when there was no crime, when he's innocent, he knows he's innocent,. Hillary knows he was innocent, Obama knows he was innocent and the FBI knows he was innocent.  They all attr mpted a coup of a legitimately elected president.  No.   Collusion.   You better hope investigations of the left aren't forthcoming.  Americans aren't stupid.  We know what the left is doing.

Trump obstructed Justice in the investigation of the Russian attack on our election.   There is no excuse for it, it's definitely an impeachable offense.

. MEN DIED.  Obama and hill SAT ON THEIR asses as these men requested help.  NOT even close to a comparison.    You're disgusting.

Yes men died, but after 13 investigations republicans found no wrong doing by Obama, your accusation is baseless.

Speaking of MEN DIED, thanks, for reminding me how republicans gladly stymied investigations into the security lapses and incompetence of the Bush administration leading up to 9/11.

The two are incomparable.

Right.. one involved an attack against our elections, the other an embassy outpost.   The latter, the republicans cared a lot about, the former, republicans ignore, provide cover for our enemies and attack the people charged with protecting us.

This is a dangerous precedence for all
politicians and candidates.
To weaponize frivolous deep dive investigations
about a politicians taxes private or business,
for political gain without legal justification,
should never be allowed.

I'm sure you felt this way after the 13th Benghazi investigation.
