I despise traitors. They should be shot.

It'd be great if liberals and conservatives could come together at least to defend America.

Why would I admit to something that is not true?

Snowden did the right thing in the wrong way. Unfortunately, he didn't see the "right" way as a viable option. He may have been correct in that assessment.

You believe leaking classified information you are entrusted to keep secret is the "right thing"?

You believe moving to Russia and continuing to criticize the United States from a Russian safe house is the "right thing"?

What was the "right thing" he did, and how if he did it in the wrong way, what is the right way?

Good!   He'll face his charges I guess first in the UK and then in the USA.

I can't wait til traitor Edward Snowden faces justice too.. its the one thing me and Dick Cheney agree on.

In The News / Re: The Democratic Party Is Radicalizing
« on: April 04, 2019, 11:02:32 AM »
I agree with much of this take.   I am not a big fan of Bernie, some of the points raised in the article are valid.    I have friends who are rabid Bernie fans and I gently point out some of his issues to them.

Some of the ideas which the article considers radical I do support - I am basically quietly freaking out at the state of the environment and global warming, we need a major, major push toward a greener future - it's radical thinking but necessary imo.

In The News / Re: If True, I hope Boeing Goes Bankrupt...
« on: March 21, 2019, 04:59:22 PM »
We can't lose our airline industry, it's one of the few areas we still compete in globally.

I think there's likely criminality somewhere in this issue, on the part of Boeing or the federal government which regulates it.    They should be charged if so.   But Boeing must survive and prosper!

You can't help but laugh at the woman's statement at the end of the video -- she claims that she is the victim -- not the guy she harassed.

But, like the bartender and another patron said -- the man did nothing to egg her on. She started it -- the cops finished it.

I don't wear my Yankees hat around Boston for a reason..

I don't think we'll ever build a physical wall along the entire border -- bits and pieces here and there perhaps. In the most high-risk areas.

yeah, bits and pieces here and there

I can't really figure out why the democrats oppose that idea, except, of course, that Trump is pushing it.

Democrats don't oppose that idea, because that's not the idea being proposed by Trump.
