Whether or not a fetus is a human being is an arbitrary definition without an answer that all can agree upon. It's a matter of opinion. If you believe it is murder, then don't get an abortion, but you have no business imposing your belief on others.

"Because he doesn't have to" is actually the only answer you need. Why should he? the law does not require him to do so. In fact, it protects his privacy.

Do you not care about the rule of law?

If I see a man dying in the street and I ignore him and fail to render aid or call 911, "because the law doesn't require it" would be a satisfactory answer for you, then. It is obvious why Trump won't release his tax returns. Any honest person will admit that.

Second, you can't name a single unconstitutional action Trump has taken or crime he has committed as President.

Ralph Armstrong served more than 28 years in Wisconsin prisons for murder before a judge overturned his conviction in 2009 based on evidence that a prosecutor had deliberately withheld evidence of his innocence more than a decade earlier.

The Trump Administration / Re: Time to show us your taxes, crook

You sound like that fucking moron, Velleity with your "cultist" bullshit. It doesn't matter whether we are talking about Trump, Biden, Warren, or any other office holder or candidate for office. The simple fact of the matter is that their taxes are none of your damned business any more than your tax return would be of theirs.

If you want to know if he is under audit, ask the IRS. Subpoena the IRS Commissioner and ask him.

I have never been interested in seeing the tax returns of any President. You should not be.

Beg to differ. The president works for us and not vice versa. We are his boss. Considering that I had to furnish my tax returns when I purchased our house, one aspiring to the most important job in the world should be required to do likewise. I think that, in fact, it is our patriotic duty to demand as much information as we can from our leaders. It's what differentiates us from third-world dictatorships and monarchies. Of course, there is always Trump's dismal business track record that should serve as a red flag.

Trump sucks up to rotten, murderous leaders, be it Kim, Duterte, Putin or Mohammad bin Salman. They murder Americans and he shrugs it off.  He's a pitiful disgrace of a person.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Quite an intelligent response.

One thing I neglected to mention was the striking difference between republican contingent and the democratic presence, namely the tradtional older white men versus the array of diversity represented by the democratic presence, in my mind, the accurate picture of American society today.

Oh for Pete's sake; he promised Mexico would pay for the wall.  Why is he asking you to pay for it then?  The Constitution is a separate matter, being a legal document, and nowhere does it require congress to rubber stamp any president's request for defense spending, especially if it is not in reality, pertinent to defense, but rather a political stunt.  If you've been impressed with his actions, I take it you've had no children enrolled at "Trump University."  As a matter of point, I suggest that his government shutdown is hurting more Americans than any illegal border crossings.

--No one is asking them to. Either they will cooperate on this method of protecting the borders or they will not.
--And he is doing his best to balance them, and rightly so.
--There will be after it's in place.
--Well then I suggest you write your congressman and urge him to submit a bill that will amend the Constitution allowing that sort of spending to take place.  Good luck with that.
This is not about protecting our borders.  It is tossing red meat to an ignorant base, yourself included.
Experts are saying the wall will be ineffective.  But, of course, you say otherwise, so.....
The constitution's preamble cites "promoting the general welfare" which I take to mean allocating money for cancer research.  Perhaps if you should get a terminal diagnosis, you will understand the concept.

--Right here.

There is no mention of it being the responsibility of Congress to rubber stamp any idea put forth by any president.  As I said, it's a system of checks and balances, and there is no invasion of enemy forces at our southern border.  There are refugees fleeing unspeakable violence, and I am disappointed that you can be sold any bill of goods put forth in a scripted 10 minute speech which was not addressing any national emergency, but was a political whistle stop.

For the sake of argument, that is not the issue on this thread page, which was that Trump was somehow going to get Mexico to pay for the wall.  To persist with a claim that he still expects Mexico to pay for it in some undefinable manner is ludicrous.

Sick.....   ::) ::) ::)

Would you also consider Trump's original recommendation in the top row also to be "sick"?

gosh dougrich.

where have ya been for two years?

why come back as a newbie when you already have an account?

A reasonable question and simple enough to explain.  It's been a long time and I forgot the password I was using and was unable to log in.  So I created a second account using a similar but modified name with a new password.
