that wasn't.  Much ado about nothing.  It's business as usual.  The grifter was grifted, just as his supporters were, too.  In reality, agreements of this type take days at a table staffed with 24 representatives from both countries, and documents are formally signed.  This farce was a 30-minute photo op or PR stunt and nothing more.   ::)
