Little Johnny has considered himself above the rules since the day he arrived. For quite a while, he was enabled and even encouraged to be a bleeding asshole by the forum's management. It took a long time and some really extreme abuses on his part before any attempt was made to reign him in. Unfortunately for everyone, he was let off leash again.

Now, he doesn't have the complete protection of his daddy, but he knows the forum administrator isn't on the board all the time to watch him and the moderator is also committed to other activities, so he continues to engage in the same actions that got him into trouble the first time. He knows he can get away with it for a good while until someone with the power of the ban button tells him to shut the fuck up.

He's just a low budget scumbag with absolutely no class and an overinflated ego. He contributes nothing to the forum, and probably nothing to society in general.
