 Cool

I guess Obama didn't read the story of Jesus and his righteous indignation against the money changers....Smiley

This is pathetic. We are not supposed to see our real treasure in terms of silver and gold, but we aren't supposed to be robbed either.../

How about incessant whining and desperately smearing of people simply because you hate them for their political affiliation? Are we supposed to be doing that?

How about using political power to influence an organization to cut off funding for women's health issues? Are we supposed to be doing that?

What happened to the out-cry of separation of church and state?  What happened to the seething toward a politician that admits he/she allows their faith to influence their decision making?

Epic fail.  We are discussing the establishment of religion, a state church, publicly sponsored ritual, etc.  People make political decisions for all types of reasons.

Well screening people for breast cancer does kill fetuses.

You certainly seem to think so.

The republican party is courting and pandering to religious groups yet nothing is said until Obama speaks on why the rich need to pay up.

Name a "rich" person (and define rich) who paid less in taxes last year than you did.

Nope. I think Warren Buffet eloquently made the case.

Face it. we helped the rich get richer over the last decade, and what did we get for it? No jobs, outsourced work, loss of incomes for millions, loss of homes for milions more, a crashed economy still trying to mend.

To the sane, the policy of tax cuts for the ultra ruch was a failure.
