A stupid proposal, but potentially useful

A bill now working its way through the Arizona legislature would make stopping at stop signs discretionary for bicyclists over the age of 16.

The only potentially positive outcome from this would be the vast increase in the number of deaths of pointy-headed, spandex-clad idiots trying to negotiate traffic on a toy vehicle. As far as I'm concerned, anything that puts more of these arrogant twits in a position to be run over with impunity is a good thing.

many, many moons ago when I was driving a ton for my livelihood, my windshield sprayer got messed up in a car wash and would squirt a good 3 feet straight to the right.

I never fixed it because every time I'd see one of these morons riding the edge of a 2 lane or being anywhere else he didn't belong, a push of the button and....the look and gestures from the rear view mirror......priceless!  true story

When I got a new car, I asked my mechanic to rig the washer like that and he refused saying it was a stupid idea.....so we went with the Spartacus carriage wheel blades instead......(maybe not so true  )

I was on my mountain bike one time and some idiot drove by and the passenger threw a beer bottle at me. Fortunately, we were entering a congested area and he had to stop at a light. I rode up beside him and kicked the passenger door. When he opened it up, I sprayed about half a canister of OC into the car. While they were choking and gagging, I just pedaled on down the road.
