......your an idiot!  It is not normal for Military to fly maneuvers over populated areas........but the military could care less about the people they endanger on the ground.....if an accident happens.....its a simple case of collateral damage.... ....these aren't simple flyovers.......they are military maneuvers......Fort Bliss alone offers 1700 square miles of space for the Military to practice maneuvers.......let them use their designated spaces and stay out of the populated public areas! 

And how do pilots become proficient at flying in built up areas if they can't actually fly in built up areas?
