FORT BLISS, Tex. — The Obama administration has decided to remove two of the four U.S. Army brigades remaining in Europe as part of a broader effort to cut $487 billion from the Pentagon’s budget over the next decade, said senior U.S. officials.

how would it destroy the rest of my argument?  i wasn't making any argument  all i posted was that the administration plans on bringing 2 of the 4 european regiments home which is what many of the posters here have been calling for.

um ivan,  bringing troops back from europe means that they will NO LONGER be pumping money into foreign economies.  isn't this what you've been asking for?
