You have shown yourself to be a big dummy. WTF do you think these treaties amounted to? For example, land was given as  part of these treaties. This by the defininition of the term constitutes reparations. To repair a wrong being done. Treaty or not, the attempt was to repair a wrong or give the impression that they were.  Hence what indans got were reparations. And they still do as long as such "treaties" are being abided by.

So like I said, the precedent was set. It doesn't matter what YOU think, nor your opinon.

When you argue with someone, its best to argue knowing what the hell you are talking about. You have tried arguing with a practicing lawyer about existing law, and the constitution.
