Seems that far Catholics, Canon Law is explicit in using the terms "Catholic" when laity undertake the mission of the church: they must ask for permission to use the term "Catholic".  Gues which group broadcasting from within  the Archdiocese of Detroit did not do this?  That's right, Mornac's favorite tool and warrior for orthodoxy thinks he is above canon law.

For shame.

i have no idea what you are talking about.  Mornac mistakenly believes that the plain language of canon law leaves some sort of wiggle room.  He likely believes that because the organization has a headquarters in another place that place should be where permission is asked.  Sadly, he is incorrect.  In order for permission to be obtained, likely every place the organization has physical facilities must ask permission.  This is analogous to Catholic orders, for instance, the Jesuits, building a church or school in a diocese.  They ask permission from the bishop to work within the diocese for which he is responsible.

They have not asked permission and they stand in violation of canon law.

Perhaps, but i actually think he thinks that he is clever.  Decent people, reasonable people, would be ashamed at the crap he posts here but i have no evidence Mornac is either.

I say he believes that everyone either subscribes to his 14th Century theology and lives up to it's literal teachings or they burn in hell for eternity.

He hasn't denied it. He has only proclaimed ridiculousness. Mind you he hasn't attempted to say what, exactly, is ridiculous. He just said "ridiculous".

He does believe that one must follow that recidivist p.o.v. or they burn, right?

He doesn't really have a 14th century theology.  He is a catholic version of fundamentalism and is woefully ignorant of his own tradition (as i have shown on several times).
