The Thomas Jefferson Hour radio program (jeffersonhour.com).  A historian and Jefferson scholar inhabits the role of Jefferson weekly.  They're pretty much all worth listening to, but I especially urge you, PLEASE, to listen to #949, "Occupy Washington".

Probably no one will agree with every detail of what he says, but that's okay.  He really starts to get at the heart of what is wrong with our political situation and urges citizens to take action.
