a}Those whose only object is the abuse and cyberstalking or others, including threats against them, and

b] The posting of very ugly and degrading pictures, especially of a racist kind.

Well, in fairness, there ARE some assholes that aren't on the sites to do ANYTHING BUT annoy, vexate and pester the entire board.  When their anger overflows to include everybody and it's clear they aren't having a good time, including ALL the other members, that would give me a thought that it's time to cut them loose.

Also, I do not tolerate women abuse/rape jokes nor child abuse/rape/death jokes.  That's an automatic Buh-Bye.

I don't think "Shut the fuck up" is really a good "rule" for a bulletin board if you think about it for a while.

There's the rub when you have "mixed" political boards.
