I am trying to point out that there are MANY (NOT ALL), black people who think they are owed something simply because they are black. I am pointing out that racism against whites, caused by blacks is just as rampant these days.

IF you would bother to follow what has been said on this subject, I even agreed that black people were not given the same opportunities that white people were given back in the early to mid 1900's. But, I also feel white people today are being blamed for something they had no control over then, let alone knowing it existed at the time. If it didn't affect you, you may not have noticed it.

I was also trying to explain how, where I lived at the time and especially where my Grandparents lived, was affected by black people. None of it is a lie, it is all true. And basically I said it because I wanted IM2 to see that even when black people were given opportunities, MANY of them (NOT ALL) of them misused these opportunities.

It lasted until at least 1982 Holly.  There was a case in Birmingham Alabama where the fire dept refused to hire blacks long after the CRA was passed. In fact it still goes on today and I gave an example of a corporation we had to go up against in the 1990's for doing the same thing. Still today there are hudresd of thousands of such cases pending. So it did not stop in the mid 1900's.

Secondly you knew it was going on. The problem is that since it did not affect you, you did not care. So then basically you were a co -conspirator, or accomplice to the crime. You did not fight against it, and your excuse that you were a child falls upon deaf ears considering when I was child we fought against it.

You had control over it and did nothing. Just like milions of other whites who now claim they have no responsibility. Unfortunately your non action implies cooperation with the crime.

I did not exadurate anything. How did I exadurate that my cousins got beat up while walking in my Grandparent's neighborhood, by 4 black boys to rob them of 50 cents? How did I exadurate about the race riots that took place in that same neighborhood, which literally chased my Grandparents from the home they owned? And do you also think I exadurated about all those rich and famous black people I listed for you?

I did not live in the south when I grew up, so how would I know who was hiring who in Alabama? As I said, it's a bit hard to do something about something you didn't even know was going on.
