The link points to a article by the New York Times that is positive as well as informative, and some of you naysayers might gain insight from reading it.

It has helped me to see why the Fed is making dollars available for foreign central banks.   To me that is a good thing to do for those of us who depend on cheap imports as well as those who are involved in making goods for export.  No foreign market for our exports, no jobs in that industrial sector. That is the bottom line.

Why is it that you fascists always think that the majority of Americans benefit more from cheap labor than from full employment? Where do you get this from, other than the hollow recesses of your Swiss cheese mind?

A non sequitur?  Keeping the jobs of those who are engaged in making items for export does contribute to more employment.

I am going to report your post to lucy as you are trolling, looking for a fight.  I am no sacred cow around here so that is not a nopton for me.
