Newt Gingrich: Mr. New World Order

Establishment throws its weight behind the ultimate RINO globalist

Monday, November 28, 2011

Desperate to derail Ron Paul’s momentum in New Hampshire, the key early primary state in which polls show Paul has a very real chance of winning, the establishment has thrown its weight behind Newt Gingrich, the ultimate RINO globalist who in reality is about as conservative as Mao Tse-tung.
Newt Gingrich

With the campaigns of Mitt Romney and Rick Perry collapsing, the editorial board of the New Hampshire Union Leader chose to endorse Gingrich on Sunday, a move that the mainstream press immediately hailed as all-important, attempting to bestow kingmaker status on a relatively irrelevant newspaper in the grand scheme of things.

The anointment of Gingrich as Republican frontrunner is just the latest desperate bid to fool voters into supporting anyone other than Ron Paul. From Perry, to Romney, to Cain – the establishment has attempted to crown all of them as top dog – failing every time as each campaign subsequently crashes and burns.

Mr. Paul has some good ideas but apparently the ptb think he is not electable up against a socialistic incumbent.  Sorry, but I hope my only choice for president is not Mr. Paul.  I like him but I want a Republican the WH in 2013.

My biggest beef is their warmongering.  How many bogeymen do we have to chase after before they see how wasteful and futile it is?  A strong defense is needed, but the last thing we need to be doingis to waste manpower and other resources in quagmires of the ME.  While we piss away our borrowed money spinning our wheels in Afghanistan the Chinese are steadily gaining strength, both economically and militarily.

There is always someone waiting to bite the lead dog in the ass, and we are too damn stupid to see it.

Have you forgotten who got us into the ME?....a Republican President.........and you want a repeat of the Republican war hawk system of values Huh?
Well.....sense Ron Paul is the opposite of socialist and the Republican party is the opposite of Democrat.....Paul would be the only candidate to fulfill your other wants of getting out of the ME and building a strong defense at home....... Grin

I will most definitely vote for Mr. Paul.  If more people would take the time to listen to him and to reason out his ideas I think we could have a winner with him.  However, his positions on some issues rub both sides the wrong way, so who is left to support him?  No one wants to give up his plums and perks.

The man is telling us what we need to do to get our house in order, but too many live in denial and cannot see the writing on the wall. I think we should dismantle cabinet positions that are not really needed, should run off about half the thieving feather merchants, and should drastically reduce defense spending.

The retirement bennies alone for retired civil servants and retired GIs are becoming a real burden, so one way to head that off is to reduce the head count and reduce the bennies.  By God, if Medicare and Soc. Sec. have to be cut then the federal employees need to have their bennies cut too.

There is such as thing as despotism, and who isn't disgusted to see  the workings of a corrupt foreign government?  Well I got news for you folks, we are getting a taste of it right here at home. So wake up.

It won't come down to those choices.

Paul would be a good man for a President to appoint to a high level advisory position. He should not be and never will be President of the United States.

There is something about Libertarianism that doesn't ring true.  The ideology seems to be a mix of classc liberalism and populism.  It is as if a Libertaraian candidate is on the outside looking in at America.  I think that many of their ideas simply are not practical to implement.

A few years back I studied the platform of the Libertarian Party, and was amazed to see so many positions taken on so many issues.  With that many positions a candidate is sure to draw fire from someone, so the smart thing to do is to promote a few top priority ideas and leave the lesser stuff on the back burner.

The cynicism that Libbers show towards the existing order smacks of conceit and it turns me off. How we have managed for over 250 years without a Libber at the helm is beyond me.   Roll Eyes

Libertarians believe in, and pursue, personal freedom while maintaining personal responsibility.

Libertarians strongly oppose any government interfering in their personal, family and business decisions.

Essentially, they believe all Americans should be free to live their lives and pursue their interests as they see fit as long as they do no harm to another.

In a nutshell, they are advocates for a smaller government, lower taxes and more freedom.

cynicism........really?  Roll Eyes

Your cynicism comes in when you diss the government for doing what it can only do or what it can best do.

Yeh, a Libber may believe in personal freedom and the right to do his thing, but does he give a damn about his neighbor's house being on fire? Shojld I care if the lady next door is being raped and is crying her eyes out?  Hell no, let her suffer, it is every man for himself.

We live in a society and not in a damned jungle where it is the survival of the fittest.  Why can't the Libbers see that? Have you ever tried to live in the realm that you envision? No cops, no traffic laws, no fire protection, no school systems.  Wake up, this ain't the 1700s.

How many countries do you know that have a Libertarian style of government?  Why doesn't the snake oil sell in America?  I'll tell you why, Libertarianism taken to the extremes borders on anarchy.  We cannot survive as a people with a viable country with that sort of attitudes prevailing because other predatory nations will capitalize on our weakness from lack of cohesion and organization.

You are being facetious.....what neighbor wouldn't help his neighbor Huh?

No....nor do I advocate getting rid of the rule of law..... Roll Eyes

It appears we no longer live in a Republic......its looking more like a Democracy every day......I am not a Libertarian....but relish the thought of having less government in my life........ Cool

Newt and even Cain are probably only late horses in the race because of Ron Paul...how the establishment hates him...

I am not even sure Paul is the right man for the job. So far, we really don't have anyone credible to lead us.

I would be happy be a candidate who would be truthful about so many things...about the Gulf, especially since I have been working for that for so long now....
