It is called despotism lucy, something that naive and trusting people think only happens elsewhere.

I think that strict term limits for Congressmen and for bureacrats should be implemented and enforced.  And we also need a recall provision.  Maybe those crooks need to post a stiff bond before taking office, something in the millions of dollars?  And when they screw up they forfeit the bond, and somebody besides the taxpayers pay up.
