No, you do not actually care about people.  You may think you do but your actions belie a disturbing callousness fueled by sheer stupidity.  Your paranoia about regulatory agencies has forced you into supporting quackery.  Pure and simple.


Look at the issue of trial testing.  In the development of treatments, medical corporations and the NIH do not charge patients for experimental treatments.  It is just not done.  In fact, the patient is given, usually, a small stipend for travel and inconvenience.  Everything with regard to the effectiveness or not of the trial is carefully documented and can be made available to the regulatory body that is in charge of approval for the treatment.

Quackery, on the other hand does the exact opposite.


What you cannot fathom is that i am on the side of actual science.
