Republican presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) said that heterosexual military servicemembers were "causing more trouble than gays" due to their superior numbers in an interview with the Iowa State Daily released Wednesday.

"Well, like I said, everybody has the same rights as everybody else, so homosexuals in the military isn't a problem. It's only if they're doing things they shouldn't be, if they're disruptive. But there's ... men and women getting into trouble with each other too. And there's a lot more heterosexuals in the military, so logically they're causing more trouble than gays. So yes, you just have the same rules for everybody and treat them all the same," he said, according to the paper.

Once again, if he were elected and could not get the backing of the Congress then what would he accomplish?  I like some of his ideas too but we need someone at the helm that commands the respect and cooperation of the Congress if we are to break this gridlock.

It is obvious to me that he has never been in the service.  When it comes to misbehaving, in my eight years of active duty I never once saw two airman come to blows.
Maybe the combat units are more aggressive and have more blockheads, but the idea that heteros misbehave more than homos is pure bullshit.  Once should look at the percentange of straights misbehavingl versus the percentage of queers misbehaving to make sense out of the statement.

It is also obvious that dagon supports the gay lifestyle or he would not have posted such a dumb assed piece of mis information.  And Dr. Paul, shame shame, where does he think those babies he had delivered came from, a couple of rump rangers?  That would make them asshole babies, like the freakin' ragheads think about the next coming of Christ being from a man.
