I guess they will try anything.

It's absolute insanity! When we end up in a cashless society the
banks, which are currently being protested worldwide, will have
their greedy fat fingers in every single transaction that takes
place.

And second hand goods? Many people buy second hand goods because
they can't afford to buy them new, because they're poor. Many of us
are becoming poorer everyday, which is also why more and more of us
are SELLING our used goods.

It may become a new form of discrimination against people without
checking accounts, debit cards, or credit cards. Believe me, they
want every last one of us in that system, and they want it bad.

Most American's are already accustom to using plastic, ATM or CC, rather than cash.....it would be easy to convert America to strictly plastic.......

I can see the reasoning behind the law and I also don't see the trading post in the video being just a garage sale operation where people get rid of mundane and unneeded merchandise.  However, if it does affect thrift stores where needy people go to used things that they couldnh't afford otherwise then that is a shame. And garage sales, give me a break. 

I'll bet the law has trouble policing this one.

And considering that Bank of America announced they were going to charge $5.00 a month to use your debit card, think of the huge profits they can make. Not to mention opening the door for other banks to follow suit.
