And I will have to respectfully disagree with you on that issue.

We make those decisions daily, whether it is an employer hiring the best applicant for the job, a citizen voting for the best candidate, etc.  The key word is "real".  The "man" is simply a statement of fact...you are male.  No other adjective fits.

The same is true of "female".  To say a female is a "real woman" due to an action/opinion she may execute/hold has no "sexist" implications.  It is simply a statement of fact. But...If you make that statement because she looks like Christina Hendricks...Now THAT'S a different story!
