The question had nothing to do with "abiding by the Constitution" or having "an understanding of it".

The question was...

If politicians in The United States do not not abide by the Constitution...What's left?

And no...It has not been answered.

Apparently it's the question.

In your question you are presuming an understanding of the constitution, otherwise how could anyone abide by it?  That is what you do not seem to understand here.

All i know is as soon as i decided no holds were barred you started whining to Pepsi.

See, John, a big part of your problem is that you think you actually "decide" anything for anyone around here. You're an intellectual midget. Every time you start getting your ass handed to you in a discussion, which is just about every time you actually participate in one, you try to deflect attention from it by resorting to page after page of personal attacks. That is why you get banned from other forums so often. People will only put up with that nonsense so long, and then they go find other ways to entertain themselves.

This thread is a prime example. Not once have you made a statement or presented an opinion with supporting documentation on anything related to the Constitution. All you have done is claim that others don't understand it without providing ANY evidence that YOU do. That grows very tiresome very quickly. I understand why you do it. You have nothing else in your arsenal.

You could just sit back and read and perhaps learn something, but you have no interest in that. You want to be the center of attention and unfortunately, you believe negative attention is better than no attention, at all. You remind me of a kid who acts out in public just so his parents will remember he's there.

It is no wonder that no one else understands things the way he does. He lives in a fucked up fantasy land of fairy tales.  If you have spent much time in college, particlarly in the liberal arts schools, then you would fully understand his problem, or ours I should say.

You have made a claim about your reading of the constitution.  i have simply asked you to demonstrate an understanding of the constitution.  Your inability to answer with anything other than repeating provisions demonstrates nothing.

By the way, smart of you to back away from the insults.

If you spent time thinking before you opened your trap you would be much better off.
