This man has a counter argument from another man who called the Ed Schultz radio show and said the direct opposite.

You see if the American people had trusted Obamas original stimulous plan and amount, we probably would not be here. Instead the republicans controlled by fear of spending and lying about how this would increase debt. They increased it, and we have people here acting like its not so.

While Obamas plan would have increased the debt big in the short term, in the long term it would have eliminated it. All of the so called "business experts" in here don't seem to get that it takes big outlays to retool a business, and in the beginning you will run a debt. However if your plan is right, you will gain and end the debt you owed.

The only way for money to circulate when its not, is buy putting money out there to circulate. The stupid think that since its our money the government wastes it ty doing this. I say it is our money and the government is investing our money in us. This is what we should want! A direct return on our tax payment.

We know the republican plan did not work. we know it took many years for this nation to get to this point. We also SHOULD know that 3 years NOT DOING the plan the president wanted just so  republicans can regain power is not. Certainly we should be smart enough to understand that restarting the plan that made the mess is not going to bring us out of the mess created  during the last decade either.

Maybe government is broken because WE haven't been doing OUR jobs. We need to become better informed citizerns, that 's our job. Being told what to think by people who say outrageous shit so they can get you to listen tomorrow is not being better informed. Nor is taking information from blogs you frequent with individuals who share your political veiws.
