It sure does, and some who are placed on ignore status cannot stand the fact that they are being ignored. Vel was one such a person. How could he screw over someone's mind if they shut him out? I have a paranoid jerk on ignore right now and I think he knows it because he keeps on trolling, trying to evoke a response from me. Sorry, but I don't know how to communicate with a fence post.

but it doesn't matter one whit in the real world.  the fact is that the progressive march continues unabated.  we have a black president who got HISTORIC HCR passed which will only get more and more progressive as the years pass and people warm up to the idea.

we're very close to having a supreme court that will equalize the activism of the right-dominated court that we have now,  if not eventually slant left on it's own merit.

punitive anti-gay measures will soon be a thing of the past.

the "bush-doctrine" of preemption is shown to be a horror for foreign policy.

roe v. wade will never be overturned.

embryonic stem-cell research will be funded (to the benefit of us all)

creationism and intelligent design are dead

and the tea-party has quickly morphed from being a galvanizing force of money and energy into the largest albatross imaginable around the collective neck of the GOP.

I could have have ignored ivan the very moment he called me a coon, but unlike him, I am man enough to take whatever I get dished out and do not have to use ignore as an excuse to run away from what I post.
