You seem to miss the many times our government has stopped the constitutional rights of Americans by force.. For example Kent State.  Or South Carolina State, where college students were killed.

The original Black Panthers. the murder of Dr. King, Malcolm X and others.

The labor movement in the early 1900's was full of instances where freedom of expression and was shut down violently.

But since you support burning the Q'uran, you ask why someone hates the constitution.

The pastor who proposed this, should not be allowed to carry out his mission period. No decent human should be supporting this blatant show of hatred. And its our constitutional right to oppose this shit Observer, another point that seems to just glide over your head.
