We all know Observer is an ass. Any human that tells god to kiss his ass is a fool in my book and Observer is the only one here or anywhere else who has made such a statement. Even those who have told me they don't believe in God have not made that statement.  Observer is just an arrogant asshole who thinks he knows everything but in reality he has shown to know nothing. Hell he doesn't even know shit about military affairs and he has claimed to have served and worked at high levels in defense. He's a loser and is too stupid toknow it.

Observer, let me provide you with one fact. A truth you need to understand because you are not getting any younger. You are closer to death than being born at this point in your life.

The amount of money you have, the amount of property you own, whatever power you think you have , it's all temporary and in the long run, does not make you any better than anyone else. In fact there are people out there who are homeless who have more waiting for them in the long run than you do. And when I say long run, I mean eternity. Eternity is forever. It's a concept you don't seem to understand.

Why would a religion that purports to follow the teachings of Christ edit out things like humility and empathy? Why would a religion like this go even further and rationalize their lack of humility and empathy, even suggesting that the giving of humility and empathy somehow harms the recipient?

Because religion is a man made construct. Christ left a spirit here to guide us. The spirit allows us to follow the laws of God naturally and without man made dictates. Religion is full of man made dictates and takes bible verses out of context in order to fit mans needs. For example a religion will justify its opposition of welfare by quoting words Paul said to his fellow disicples at Corinth then claim that since the bible is the inspired word of God, Pauls saying that if you don't work you should not eat, it means that unless you are working we should not do anything to help you.

Well that passage that is taken out of context by religous types.  Paul telling his men who were taken in and allowed to live for free in corinth  that since they were given free room and board, because they had no money that they should return the hospitality of their hosts by doing work for them in order to show their greatfulness. That if any one of them does not work, they should not eat.

So then contrast those words and the excuse used by certain segments of christianity, to the words Jesus said whereby we are to make sure the hungry gets fed, and if a man asks you for 50 cents(my example) give him a dollar and do so without asking or making demands. What they also miss in their zealousness is how jesus tells us not to worry about where we will get material things, when he told his disciples to look at the daisy in the field and how its arrayed, and that if God would do this for a plant, what do you think he has provided for those he created in his own image.

There is a theology out there based upon surpemacy. It is what causes people to invade and occupy, enslave, and to determine that those who don't have do not deserve to have. That is not a God driven theology. We need to understand how satan works and that there is such a being. Pharisees and saducees exist today just as they did in Jesus times.

All of this is the cause for religions that refuse to hold any type of empathy towards their fellow man, or humility, then claim that God says this is O.K.
