You really do not understand how limited spplies of something can be essential?

That explains a lot about our educational system.

Let's look again at the definition I used. This is from Webster.

Definition of STOCKPILE
: a storage pile: as a : a reserve supply of something essential accumulated within a country for use during a shortage b : a gradually accumulated reserve of something <avert stockpiles of unsold cars — Bert Pierce>

Examples of STOCKPILE
a stockpile of medical supplies
<an emergency stockpile of potable water and canned goods in the cellar>

Now, YOU explain to me how that conflicts with the Duefer Report.

You have yet to establish how it applies to your claim.

Referencing Webster is "parsing"?

I provided the common use definitions. There is no similarity between that and Clinton's tactics. Your desperation to come to your boy's rescue makes you appear really weak and pathetic.

You employ exactly the same tactic, but now you combine it with an ad hominem.

The definition speaks for itself.

Now, go put on your dunce hat and sit in the corner.

No, it doesn't.  Now go ahead and try to explain how limited wmd related material are stockpiles of wmd.

I didn't say you could get out of the corner.

Obviously you recognize the impossibility of the position you are in and, as usual, i accept your customary acknowledgement of defeat by trying to turn to insults.

John Boy, that wasn't an insult, nor was it any kind of a forfeiture.

I posted the common use definition from Webster. It demonstrates quite clearly that my language was quite correct and appropriate for the context in which it was used. The fact that you don't like that is completely irrelevant.

Your obsession with getting the final word as well as your inability to accept or admit your errors and deficiencies have gone way past the point of being boring. This is not your classroom where you can intimidate your students into taking what you say at face value by threatening to fail them. When you are wrong, you are going to be told you are wrong.

Your position on this issue is wrong.

There is nothing more to be said.

Address the issue in particular: Go ahead and try to explain how limited wmd related material are stockpiles of wmd.

What a load of crap.

No, a definition does not "speak for itself". You either have an argument to make, in good faith, or you don't. So far you don't.

Vel, you obviously have nothing to contribute to this discussion other than a lame attempt to deflect attention away from your boy's inadequacies by drawing attention to your own.

Why are you even here?

Of course this ad hominem isn't an ad hominem either.

 Roll Eyes

Worry about it. Worry about it a lot. Work yourself into a depression over it. Wring your hands and lash out some more.

Yeah, that's all quite functional.

HAVE you contributed even one pertinent little tidbit to the discussion?

No, you haven't.

So, I ask you again... Why are you here?

Observer, you know that if it's pertinent it's beyond your grasp. So why are you tormenting yourself trying to figure things out?
