As things stand we're not in a recession or a depression only because of those government actions taken--the ones " conservative" talking points claim to have not worked.

The real question is why people put up with obstruction and disinformation. If Republicans can they will take you right back to the point Bush left you at, and worse.

That being the case, 90% of your contempt should be for the Bush administration because damn near everything we are experiencing right this minute is a result of what took place during the Bush administration. The only "contemptible" thing you would have a right to whine about would be the passage of health care reform if you disagree with it. Everything else Obama has done has pretty much been to either repair a Bush fuckup or help continue anything Bush did in an attempt to fix things(Tarp/stimulus). I only started asking about responsibility after Mr. Obama said this about the bonuses given to the AIG executives after AIG got money from the bailout.

"THIS IS AN OUTRAGE, I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY.  I AM THE PRESIDENT." 

These are Obama's words, not mine.  After Obama said that, AIG employees started giving the money back.

You see, young man, Obama actually did take responsibility.  In fact, Obama has taken responsibility for many things.  Instead of backing Obama, you choose to continue blaming Bush for everything.
