The Sanhedrin does say that non-Jews should not study the Talmud.  But this quote is taken out of context.  In context, it is discussing whether non-Jews should be allowed to study the Noahide commandments.  The Talmud affirms that a non-Jew may and will benefit from that study.  However, to study the Torah and law is prohibited, not at the penalty of death, because the Law is seen as a covenant between God and God's people and to allow those outside the covenant to study the Law is to allow the theft of the contents of the covenant.

This alleged source ("aboda Zora 8-6, Szagiga 13") does not exist.  That alone should tell you about the dishonesty of your source.

Of course, Jewish thought on the subject has developed since this time.  But that does not concern you.  Your concern, as with the others who take texts out of context and refuse to acknowledge the subsequent development of religious thought, is not what Jewish people actually believe.  Your concern is religious libel.

No such book as Libbre David.  And all resources i know confirm that it is forbidden to lie about the contents of the Torah or Talmud.

Not non-human, but not called man.  What does that mean?  Outside the covenant.
