The Attorney General may be removed at will by the President under the Supreme Court decision Myers v. United States, which found that the President may remove executive branch officials without the consent of the Senate or any other entity.

Libass claimed obstruction by Trump.
This is related.

Trump can't appoint someone to lead law enforcement to protect him from criminal prosecution.  that's another case of obstruction.

--Is Congress objecting? If no, why not? If so, why don't they do something? How long is the "acting" guy going to be there before the new appointment?

FYI: He is only the ACTING Attorney General as of right now. So, what's your problem?
