You're all pulling your own weight on this one. Even Cannon, and that's saying a lot. Smiley
Well we can certainly say we appreciate your LACK of input.  You claim to be a lawyer, but by your posting, a more likely scenario is that you're the guy who picks up the trash and cleans the toilets and the law office.

I made your fellow Headbutters shit their pants when I made my original appearance there. You want to test me?

Get your head out of your ass and conduct yourself in a civil manner.

My question is still why is this ruling important right now?

There are some really nefarious corporations in health industries and like I mentioned, Monsanto, who have no business being allowed to dictate our futures through political bribery, which this seems to allow, imo.

Observer, I don't think he gets it. Let me put it in terms he is more likely to understand.

You are the moderator, you model the behavior you expect others to follow.

And forgive me for using your own words in my post; i had no idea that constituted an "attack".

Even "good" corporations have no business being allowed to dictate policy.  This effectively doubles the voice of the people who run corporations.  They can influence politics individually and as part of a corporate entity.  To me that is double dipping.  If the argument is that corps are people because they are made up of people, then the right to donate should belong to the people who make it up as individuals not as individuals and as a distinct entity.  i am not an Originalist but that is way beyond anything the framer's had in mind.
