The Democrats will be done in Congress in 2010, or at the barest minimum, be so crippled and reduced that they will be ineffective.

I'm wondering, though: it may actually be a little dangerous for the Republicans to assume FULL control in 2010, as the situation in 1994 proved; better, perhaps, that they be on the BRINK of control, and sweep in in full force behind Sarah Palin or Mitt Romney in 2012 instead.
